WHAT WE DO:
The Personal Finance Employee Education Foundation (PFEEF) is a national not-for-profit scientific organization that advocates best practices in workplace financial programs that increase employee financial health and employer profits. PFEEF does not provide financial programs. It aims to be the "Good Housekeeping Seal of Approval" of workplace financial programs because it promotes the best providers and encourage others to catch up.
WHAT WE OFFER:
What is the financial health of your employees? Is your current financial program improving employees' financial well-being? The 8-question Personal Financial Well-Being (PFW) scale is a valid and reliable tool for getting the answers. PFEEF encourages the use of the PFW questions (at no cost) to prove the value of quality programs that improve personal financial behaviors. (See online Permission Form.)
At its expense PFEEF gives employers the tools, measurement, metrics and expertise to detail the projected return-on-investment (ROI) for a quality workplace financial program. PFEEF also can prove the value of a workplace financial program to the employer's bottom line.
Feel free to utilize the resources on the PFEEF Web site in your marketing. Download the video to give to employers. Print and distribute PFEEF press releases and news articles (such as from Employee Benefit News, USA Today and Investors Business Daily). Take some PFEEF PowerPoint slides to use in your talks. Print and share pertinent research articles. Put a link to the Personal Financial Well-Being (PFW) questions on your Web site (free with permission).
WHAT'S NEW:
"Employer Brochure" on Business Case for Workplace Financial Education summarizes the business case for quality financial programs to employers. Ask us to send copies for you to distribute or print from PFEEF Web site.
"Provider Brochure" on Affiliating with PFEEF explains why your organization should affiliate with PFEEF. We encourage you to put a link on your Web site to PFEEF (www.PersonalFinanceFoundation.org).
Promote Partners in Media PFEEF promotes our partners to the media to add credibility to their efforts.. See recent articles on Web site.
