6/5/09          2009 Tennessee Jump$tart Teacher of the Year Awards Announced
The Tennessee Jump$tart Excellence in Teaching Personal Finance Teacher of the Year Awards is a recognition program for outstanding teachers of personal finance. Recipient(s) will be selected based on successful accomplishments in innovation/creativity related to teaching personal finance, teaching approaches, standards accomplishments, collaborations, and program results.

Tennessee Jump$tart and Congresswoman Eddie Bernice Johnson were among the honorees at the 2009 Jump$tart Awards Dinner. Tennessee Jump$tart was recognized as the State Coalition of the Year.
