This year's Summit theme is "Financial Literacy for the Real World." We'll focus on the realities of financial literacy/planning skills and will provide teachers with practical resources they can take back to their students. Keynote speaker Michelle Singletary, who is an author and award-winning nationally syndicated columnist for the Washington Post, will provide insight into the world of personal finance and more. .
The 2013 Jump$tart Coalition National Educator Conference, the first national conference fully dedicated to personal finance education for teachers, will be held this year in Washington, D.C.
