FinFest 2020 Regrettably Canceled

As the original promoter of Financial Literacy Month in April, the Jump$tart Coalition marks the observation by gathering leaders of the financial literacy effort from across the country to celebrate what we’ve accomplished and plan for what more we can do by working together on shared goals.

This year, unfortunately, after careful consideration, the Jump$tart Coalition has announced cancellation of our FinFest 2020 events, including the Annual Awards Dinner, State Coalition Leaders Meeting, and the Jump$tart Board, Partner, and Education Committee meetings, originally scheduled for April 22-23.  Our decision was based on updates from the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC), World Health Organization (WHO), and the DC Government, and travel restrictions placed by local governments and private employers.

Some of the April events will be rescheduled for later in the year. Jump$tart will also announce new plans to recognize April as Financial Literacy Month without our annual events.  We hope you will also support the Financial Literacy Month initiatives conducted by Jump$tart’s many Partners and affiliated State Coalitions.

Thank you for your understanding, your support of the Jump$tart Coalition, and for all you do.

Looking for Hill Day?

We wouldn’t give up one of our most popular events — especially one that’s free and open to the public.  We just moved it to June.  Learn more about our annual Financial Literacy Day on Capitol Hill here and our plans for Hill Day 2020.
