Recognizing Achievements and Making Plans

Financial Literacy Month is a nationwide, collaborative endeavor marked by a variety of activities and events across the country and throughout the month.  In most years, it’s when our community celebrates achievements in improving the financial literacy of all Americans – especially our nation’s youth – but this year is a little different.

FinFest – the highlight of Jump$tart’s Financial Literacy Month celebration – was postponed due to COVID19-related restrictions. We hope you will check back for announcements on the rescheduling of our Annual Awards Dinner.

Meanwhile, despite social distancing, distance learning, and the vital focus on health and well-being, Financial Literacy Month is still an appropriate time for us to recognize and appreciate all that’s been done – and all that will continue to be done – to give consumers the tools, skills, and information they need to make smart money decisions throughout their lives.

Please remember to support the Financial Literacy Month initiatives of Jump$tart’s National Partners, affiliated State Coalitions, and others.

Financial Literacy Day on Capitol Hill

Jump$tart’s annual Hill Day event had been moved to June to better accommodate teachers and school administrators, but has since been canceled for 2020.  Learn more about this annual event and plan to join us in future years.
