June 26, 2019 – 12:00-3:00 p.m.
Join us for this year’s Financial Literacy Day on Capitol Hill, Wednesday, June 26th, from noon-3:00 p.m. in rooms 2043-2045 of the Rayburn House Office Building. Hill Day is free and open to the public.
Historically held in April, our 17th annual event has moved to June, which we hope will enable more educators to join us. Hill Day features more than 50 financial literacy exhibits from Jump$tart partners and others, showcasing financial education resources and tools, research, and information about the financial literacy effort. The event kicks off with a buffet lunch and remarks by our honorary co-hosts and other dignitaries. Download the 2019 Hill Day flyer.
2019 Honorary Co-Hosts
Each year, Members of Congress serve as honorary hosts for the event. This year, we thank our honorary co-hosts — U.S. Rep. Joyce Beatty (D-Ohio-3) and U.S. Rep. Steve Stivers (R-Ohio-15) — and their staffs for their help with this event and their ongoing support of financial literacy.
Exhibit space is now full. Jump$tart Coalition Partners and other national organizations that conduct or support financial education may contact Josh Sandler to be wait-listed for exhibit space, should we have any cancellations. Download an outline of Exhibitor information.
Hill Day 2019 is made possible by the generous support of the organizations listed below. Additional sponsorship opportunities are still available. For more information please contact Josh Sandler/202.846.6794. Download an outline of Sponsor Benefits and information.
There is no advance registration required to join us for Hill Day as a guest. The event is free and open to all. Guests should be prepared to follow normal security procedures to enter the Rayburn House Office Building. The lunch buffet and a brief program will begin shortly after 12:00 p.m. Financial Literacy Exhibits will be open until 3 p.m. If you’re not able to join us—or even if you do—follow the activities on social media with hashtag #FLHD19.
