Jump$tart Clearinghouse Director Anne Bannister oversees all aspects of the Jump$tart Clearinghouse, from database operations to the review of resources against listing criteria. Back in the 1990s, Clearinghouse Consultant Rosella Bannister helped Jump$tart form the Clearinghouse with a database of consumer education resources that she had started at Eastern Michigan University. She was at the second meeting of Jump$tart’s founders and has played key roles in the organization ever since.

As Director of Operations and Marketing, Amina Carter wears two distinct hats.  You might work with her on billing, supplies, or meeting logistics and behind the scenes, she works with our accounting and banking service providers – but her creative flair can also be seen in many of our branding and video products. As NEC Consultant, Joel Chrisler brings us the critical perspective of a seasoned classroom educator – and one who has attended every single NEC!  Joel also still teaches at Sauk Prairie High School and as administrator of our social media teacher group, he interacts with fellow educators regularly.
